Egg and Robb are both right--those lines are from the Unsafe Safe.

Egg's new quote is from the story in which Donald "imagines" himself and the kids on various stars (stars on which everything is gigantic) via Gyro Gearloose's machine (the "rocks" are particles of dust kicked up by the giant Indians' horses' hooves)
