One of my absolute favorites: the ten-pager in which Huey, Duey and Louie persuade Donald in starting a singing career. However, Donald soon turns to being a musician- a very bad one- who keeps using louder and bigger instruments every time, driving HD&L crazy.

Good idea to start a seperate thread for this, by the way!

Easy one! You gave it away with the name 'Pleasant Valley'. The story in which Donald, HD&L have a farm on a hill just outside Pleasant Valley where they're holding chickens, for the eggs. The prices sink however, and they're forced to keep all the eggs in storage until the price goes up again. Then one day, there's a little earthquake, and Donald's barn collapses, and all the eggs are rolling down the hill, turning Pleasant Ville into Omelet Ville.

I picked it up from the Wim Van Helden-book.

I don't know the last quote. It has 'foreign agent' in it. Could it be the 'Dangerous disguise'-story?

I bet Doctor Witchie Britchie is almost better than great Egg. I bet Witchie Britchie has X-ray eyes, he can look through all Barks's stories at once, without browsing.

"These ropes are strong, Donald, where did you get the MUSCLES to break 'em?"

Rockerduck is correct about the Gilded Man

"These ropes are strong, Donald, where did you get the MUSCLES to break 'em?"

Missile Fizzle--the story with "kindly" old Professor Slyrat.

"We'll try again, mates, with a big, BIG charge of T. N. T!" (which Barks story?)

No.
hint#1: "Why shouldn't it be REAL, Donald? Who knows what strange things are in this unexplored place!"

Doctor Witchie Britchie wrote:"We'll try again, mates, with a big, BIG charge of T. N. T!" (which Barks story?)

Ah ha, I have it now--McDuck of Arabia!

Nope, Cattle King is not the story with the T. N. T.
