Which questions of Robb's quiz are open at the moment?

"Slow down, you glamourized coyote! I haven't time to follow you all day!"
(which Barks story?)
hint #1: "Good-by, cruel world! This is my final call!"

About hint # 1: It rings a bell! Does´nt Donald say so while drowning under water? I seem to remember a panel and text like that...

Nope. No scenes under water.

"Slow down, you glamourized coyote! I haven't time to follow you all day!"

hint #1: "Good-by, cruel world! This is my final call!"
hint #2: "Blind as a bat I am!"

Egg: isn't that from the Donald fox-hunting ten pager?

Robb: was Joe Snake running for Mayor? I think it was either that or Senator.

Dr. WB, "Thunderhead, Son of Flicka" was correct.

Joe Snake wasn't running for Mayor.

We still need: Who was "Trigger Trueshot"?,

and the other character that could walk or run on water.

Who ate buckshot (and why?)

What is a Pippus Conippus?

Where and when did Donald & nephews live in a lighthouse?

Actually, I think Joe Snake was running for Congress, now that I think of it (the poster appears in the first panel of the Unsafe Safe, I believe).

Is a Pippus Conippus the butterfly Donald is chasing in the first couple of panels of Darkest Africa?

Donald and the boys were living in a lighthouse in the Santa's Stormy Visit story, but I can't recall its name.

DR. WB, you are correct on Congress, and The Butterfly. You are half -finished on the lighthouse. There was a reference to where the lighthouse was.

The lighthouse is called "Lonely Rock Lighthouse" (in Zone Z). It may be in the tropics since a tropic storm strikes.
Btw, what does "clean as a store tooth" mean? What´s a store tooth? The expression is in the story but I´ve never heard it before.

Correct, Barko! Lonely Rock Lighthouse.

As to "Clean as a store tooth", it is a saying related to the difference between the whiteness and luster of a newly-bought false tooth, versus the tobacco/coffee/food-stained remaining natural teeth. That was an old saying, used long before dentists had their current tooth polishing tools and buffing compounds, and chemical stain removers.

Ahh, I see. Clean as a false white tooth, then...

Yes, it's from the Donald Duck fox-hunting ten pager. (WDC 98)

Does the latter character, that could walk or run on water, have a name?

Robb_K wrote:Who ate buckshot (and why?)

What is "buckshot"? Does it have a relation with a shotgun, as Wikipedia says?

"They'll clean out the lake, then go down the river to other lakes!"

That should be "Egg wrote". Egg has reported this quote-attribution error under the topic "Editing posts".

Yes, his name was mentioned in that story, but who was he?
